The Process

| Here is the simple jig setup. |

| These are the basswood gussets I carve and use in the main triangle and head tube area. |

| These are the hardwood plugs which have been cut and angled for the stays, including, holes for epoxy interlocking |
 |
| The bottom bracket also got its own basswood gusset for added strength to the chain stays |
 |
| The wrap is orthopedic casting tape specifically Techform. |
 |
| I did do some sanding but that is about all. I apply an exterior Poly Whey finish by Vermont Natural Coatings which works well on both the bamboo and Techform casting tape. |
