Updated design and house cleaning

Just a note I finally did a little cleaning up and reorganizing here. The changes are minor but I hope it is easier to find some of the content. One note I finally added under the post Connecting Stays and Rear Dropouts the link to the post The Process which shows the hardwood plugs for the rear dropouts etc. I also added a few notes here and there on previous posts.
